10 Fully-Funded Distance Learning Write Scholarship Essay


We are Write Scholarship Essay pleased to announce that up to 10 fully-funded scholarships (each worth over £12,000 to cover tuition fees) are available for applicants from the following developing commonwealth countries to study for our MSc Forestry by distance learning:

Bangladesh, Botswana, Cameroon, The Gambia, Ghana, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

The Write Scholarship Essay also includes a £2,000 bursary to enable scholars to attend a study tour which will be held overseas in July/August.

This Write Scholarship Essay postgraduate course is primarily intended for students who already have an interest in forestry and who wish to learn more about the environmental and societal benefits that forests can provide. Suitable Write Scholarship Essay applicants include individuals working in forestry/forest-related industries/ natural resource management, particularly in the fields of planning, regulation, policy, monitoring and environmental protection. The Write Scholarship Essay course is also suited to individuals working in forestry education who wish to further their knowledge and expertise in order to improve their teaching.

The Royal Tropical Institute Write Scholarship Essay

Job description
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate health sector responses (policies, strategies, interventions, tools, guidelines and manuals).
  • Strengthen the capacity of partners in contributing to the generation of a stronger evidence base for designing health system interventions.
  • Contribute to the health systems development portfolio. Contribute to national and international policy dialogue for health systems.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing post-graduate education programmes
  • Identify and further develop opportunities through pro-active acquisition, tendering and networking with potential funding partners and/or mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degrees including post graduate qualifications in one or more of the following: health economics, health technology assessment, health policy & management or equivalent.
  • A maximum of three years research/working experience in developing countries in the field of health economics, health technology assessment, health finance / health insurance, health management and public-private arrangements in healthcare is an important advantage
  • Relevant experience in training, teaching, curriculum development, training of trainers, and quality assurance will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
  • Ability to travel abroad regularly.
  • Proficiency, orally and in writing English is required, and French is an important advantage.

Conditions of employment

Appointment is initially for one year, with the possibility of extension.

The salary based on age, qualifications and experience, between €2.579,- and €3.904,- gross per month for a 38-hour working week. In addition, there is an 8% holiday allowance and admission to the KIT pension fund (Abp).

2011 Fellowship Programme Write Scholarship Essay, Vera List Center for Art and Politics, USA

The Vera List Center invites applications for 2011-2013 fellowships. Two fellowships will be awarded, each spanning ten months and tied to the Vera List Center’s focus theme for 2011-2013.
The center’s programs evolve around focus themes of particular urgency and broad resonance. In the face of virtual realities, social media and disembodied existences, the center in 2011-2013 will examine the nature of our material world under the heading of “thingness.” It will focus on the material conditions of our lives, and call for a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between objects and people that may provoke more responsible, ethical and ecologically sound politics. The Vera List Center Fellows contribute to the intellectual foundation of the center, and through their fellowship projects advance the exploration of the focus theme.

3 PhD Write Scholarships Essay 2011 at Hull University Business School

Hull University Business School is pleased to offer three scholarships for its PhD degree programmes for new students that have applied for September 2011 entry. The scholarships pay the equivalent of full-time Home/EU tuition fees of £3,732 per year and a maintenance allowance of £13,590 per year until completion of the award or 3 years, whichever is earlier.

Please note that any overseas candidates will only have fees paid at Home/EU rate and will be required to pay the difference between Home/EU and International fees from the stipend.

The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of the best overall application, research proposal and fit with the school’s research strategy.

In order to be considered for this scholarship applicants must:

  • Have applied and received confirmation of an offer to study on our PhD before they apply for this scholarship.
  • Complete and correct documentation must be submitted along with a scholarship application form. The admissions application code must be written on the scholarship application form .
  • Be able to commence their studies in September 2011.
